Thermal Fluid Solutions are seeking a skilled office manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office.
Purpose of the Role to fulfil all administrative duties within TFS whilst supporting the CFO & MD.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of Office Manager is pivotal to the success of TFS and this person will need to ensure that there is close liaison between all on- site parties, including operations, Finance, Business Development, Technical and Customer/sales teams.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating Training
- Health and Safety and Quality requirements
- Export control
- CRM management
- Quotations
- Support to Business Development
- Support to new IT systems along with general administrative management all within the ISO Qualification requirements
You will need to be a strong collaborator and have excellent Leadership skills along with being highly efficient and able to multi task. You will be proficient in MS office skills.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills and have strong organisational and planning skills in a fast paced technical environment.
A degree would be highly desirable along with a good track record of undertaking this type of role previously.
