Foot Mobile AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Central London/South East London- up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Central London/South East London has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Foot Mobile AC Engineer to work on across 3 sites in x1 in Central London and x2 in Southeast London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and Southeast London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the 3 sites within the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within HVAC + Air conditioning systems. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime, discretionary bonus, training + an Oyster Card for travelling in between jobs.

This role would also require a clean DBS check.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• HVAC Maintenance
• AHU's, FCU's and Chillers
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

• AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ
• F-GAS Qualification
• Working experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment
• Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
