Key Responsibilities
- * Permanent role, 40 hours a week with variable start times of 07.00 – 15.30 and 09.30 – 18.00.
- * 1 in 3 on call rota of which there is an On call allowance of £147.90 and £164.33 (B/hol)
- *Salary - £28K - £30K - £13.47 PAYE Direct (£16.86 Umbrella) to £14.43 PAYE Direct (18.06 Umbrella) including On call allowance takes the annual salary to circa £33K
- *JD attached
- The role is electrical biased it is a senior maint. role so all nature of maintenance work will need to be undertaken.
- The candidate must hold at least 18th Edition Qualification and has some plumbing knowledge.
Key Skills
- As a Government building, vetting requirements will be a Basic DBS check on recruitment and CTC check will be undertaken when in the role by ONS.
- Electrical Qualifications - 18th Edition as a minimum
- Previous experience of working in large office building environment preferred, a minimum requirement would be City and Guilds qualification or similar in Plumbing.
