Primary Teacher

About AK Teaching: AK Teaching is searching for a passionate Primary Teacher in the Darlington, Durham & Teesside area. This role will be based in primary education, including Early Years, KS1, and KS2. If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact in education and ready to embark on a fulfilling teaching career, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on lesson plans to students of varying learning levels.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to track children’s progress and development.
• Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one.
• Understanding of delivering the national curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Suitable for Qualified Teachers & ECT’s.
• Disclaimer: ECT’s can be booked out as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HTLA) until more experience has been gained.
