We are recruiting for a Fraud Prevention Administrator to join a well known retail brand in their Leeds head office. The role is full time and the business operates on a hybrid basis with 2 days working in the office. 

What you'll be doing
  • Creating refunds and processing them through the system
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Ensuring attention to detail and compliance at all times
  • Working closely with internal teams to get the best results

What we're looking for -
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate and confident working across multiple IT systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow processes to ensure compliance

Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 37.5 hours per week

This is initially a temporary role however it has the potential to go permanent depending on performance and business needs.
