Position: Assistant Lettings Manager 
OTE: £62,000 
Basic Salary: £25k
Car: BMW Company car or car allowance 
Hours/Days: 5 days per week, with one in 4 Saturdays off, no Sundays.


Our client, a multi branch market leader within South West London, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Lettings Manager to Join one of their high performance branches in Wimbledon.
With good stock levels, property values and a leading share of the local market, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or an existing Assistant Lettings Manager to join a highly reputable and successful brand and further develop their career and increase their earning potential.


Candidate Specification:


Applicants for the Assistant Lettings Manager position should meet the following criteria

  • Have a minimum of 2 years plus experience in residential lettings
  • Be ARLA Level 3 Qualified
  • Have experience in valuing/listing properties
  • Be familiar with the London borough of Merton
  • Have a full UK Drivers Licence
  • Have exceptional personal presentation
  • Be confident and articulate
  • Be an excellent communicator

Job description:
The Assistant Lettings Manager shall be responsible for;

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
  • Support in the development and implementation of lettings strategies to meet business targets.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new business opportunities, including valuing and listing new properties
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and secure tenants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
