Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Plant Supervisor:

• As the workshop plant supervisor, you will be required to supervise the engineers, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of plant equipment
• You will be distributing the workload, ensuring all equipment breakdowns are responded to promptly and efficiently
• Make sure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly
• Implementing contingency plans
• You will be dealing with ordering of parts and stock control
• Assisting with any additional training as required making sure staff have the correct understanding of standards and policies
• Carry out regular internal audits
