Process Consultant - London (Hybrid) - £250-£280 per day (inside IR35) - 10 months+

My client, a FTSE 100 company, is looking for a Business Process Analyst with a solid track record of process mapping and modelling to play a pivotal role in the organisations desire to digitally transform the Procurement and Supply Chain function.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Gatehring: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and document business requirements related to process improvements.
• Process Design: Develop and propose new processes or process modifications that address identified issues and align with organisational goals.
• Performance measurement: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Support change management assessment and providing the necessary content and explanation for process and system functionality.
• Review business processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment to the global processes and strategic goals.

Skills:

• Proficiency in process modelling tools and business process management/mining tools
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams to map complex processes, identifying pain points and bottlenecks
• Strong procurement background
• Awareness of operating models (both current and target state) and how to develop and use them on projects / programmes
• Experience of developing and implementing process improvement plans, including documenting and communicating changes to employees
• Experience of leading and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders to extract key information
• Process Certifications (Six Sigma / Lean or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex processes and data sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
