We are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners in a setting close to Dulwich in London.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll be at the forefront of their educational mission, leading a dynamic team in delivering high-quality care and education. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing children's progress, maintaining a stimulating learning environment, and building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers.
We are seeking people with happy, positive attitudes, a team-orientated spirit, and who gain satisfaction from doing their job well.

Responsibilities:
- Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
- Leads, motivates and inspires the room team
- Identify areas of change, and implement learning and teaching objectives
- Reflect and embed the company values around responsibility, openness and working together
- Early Years Education qualification to at least Level 3
- Experience of leading a team in a day nursery environment
- Understanding EYFS framework
- DBS check
