Finance Team Administrator

Our client who is a large distributer of goods is going through a busy period and looking for additional administration support within the finance team.
You do not need to have a finance qualification or accounts background but you must have experience of processing data and inputting information on to an inhouse
System with a high attention to detail.
You must also be confident in the use of MS office and Excel.
Duties will include
- Processing invoices, credits, expenses and business sales
- Dealing with queries into the general accounts inbox and distributing as required
- Answering calls into the department
This company is very supportive and all teams work closely together as part of a wider business, so you will need to work well with others an support where others need administration help at times.
Ideally you will be able to work 5 days per week but there is some flexibility around this
Pay
£12 - £12.50 per hour
