As a Workshop Technician you will be responsible for the quality build, repair and PDI of coffee and water machines to ensure our customers receive the ‘wow’ customer service every time.  As part of a team of technicians, you will be a valued team member in supporting the overall productivity, efficiency and morale within the workshop through maintaining a positive, hard-working and professional work ethic. You will have a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to your work with proven ability in fixing problems and using initiative.

​The Role - Workshop Technician 

  • Complete builds and PDI of machines in the timelines provided.
  • ​Identify faults on machines; providing stock repairs on a range of equipment.
  • ​Collaborating with team members and internal teams such as Parts and Purchasing with regards to parts required.
  • ​Liaising effectively with other departments with regards to updates on machines; being responsive and supportive.

​What You Will Need in the role of Workshop Technician

  • Broad range of technical skills required, including two of the following: Plumbed in coolers, bottled coolers, Bean to Cup coffee machines; traditional coffee machines.
  • ​At least 1 year’s experience within a workshop technician/engineering role.
  • ​Competent user of hand and power tools.
  • ​Basic electrical knowledge and awareness of electrical safety.
  • ​Strong interpersonal skills; communicating effectively to all levels of the organisation including team members and senior management.
  • ​Strong eye for detail and pride themselves on working with accuracy and quality control.
  • ​Ability to pick up new technology and processes quickly.
