Job Title: Labourer (Tree planter)

Location: Watford/Radlett

Pay Rate: £13-14 per hour (including holiday pay)

Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday

Weekly payment.

MUST HAVE: Driving licence - ESSENTIAL - must have a full UK driving licence - 6 points or less

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and physically fit individuals to join our client's team as Labourers (Treeplanters). This role is ideal for someone from a labor or grounds maintenance background who doesn't mind working outdoors throughout the year. You will be responsible for planting trees in various locations, contributing to environmental sustainability and the growth of our client's forestry projects.

***No previous experience required, training will be provided - This role is ideal for somone looking to get training in the industry and start a new career with a promising future with oppurtunity for upskilling to use certain machinery which would come with its own pay rises etc.

Responsibilities:

• Planting trees according to specified guidelines and locations
• Handling and transporting tree seedlings
• Operating basic planting equipment and tools
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
• Working in various weather conditions and terrains

Requirements:

• Preferably from a labor or grounds maintenance background
• Willingness to work outdoors throughout the year
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
