Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in South Leeds who are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager to join their busy team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Managing Warehouse Operator 

· Responsible for site/security

· Opening /close of site

· Health and safety competent

· Manage inbound customer service calls or emails with a professional manner.

· Data entry and database management.

· Manage logistics orders, invoices and documents required for loading/unloading goods.

· Monitor delivery times and keep track of orders to ensure they are on time.

· Support the overall administrative tasks of the business.

· Book transport with the agreed service provider using either telephone, fax or online transport booking system.

· Monitor stock of pallets both Euro and Standard and reorder as required.

· Invoicing and Receivables management

· Inventory management (low, high stock levels)

· Customer support (emailing, newsletters, etc.)

· Technical and MSDS data management

About you:

· Minimum: Proven track record (2 years+) in customer service

· Customer service or administration experience

· Experience in SAP is highly regarded

· Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus but not essential.

· Ability to work autonomously

· Responsible

· Good communicator on all levels

The role is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch. Its 25days holiday plus bank holidays. Shut down over the Christmas period.

The salary is £34,000 per year plus £2,000 bonus
