We are currently representing a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Head of Programme (Delivery), Programme Manager with a healthcare/ service company based in Greater Manchester. The primary function of this newly created role is to lead and manage the delivery of Programmes within this global organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery Programme Manager looking to take on a leadership position and make a significant impact within a fast growing and highly successful global business.

• Developing and executing the strategy for successful programme delivery
• Leading and managing a team of programme managers and coordinators
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments
• Overseeing the allocation of resources and budgets for programme delivery
• Tracking and reporting on programme performance against KPIs and objectives
• Identifying and mitigating risks to programme delivery
• Engaging with key stakeholders to drive programme success

You will have demonstrated leadership and people management skills, a sound understanding of programme management methodologies and best practices; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You will also have a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes on time and within budget, and also of the utmost importance, be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Relevant qualifications in programme or project management would be advantageous
