Excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well established construction company who specialise in new build houses in a varied role with opportunities to grow your career and be a part of an expanding business alongside a great salary and package.

On offer is the chance to hold a managerial role in a well established residential company with the prospect of working on an exciting new build housing projects with extensive progression opportunities.

This reputable housebuilder pride themselves on their quality builds. They build both apartments and houses up to five bedrooms. This growing company have a good pipeline on work and have recently secured land in Boston and are now looking for a talented Site Manager to lead their build and ensure the smooth completion of the project from start to finished.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing various sized builds, ensuring that they are run efficiently, profitably, and to UK health & safety standards. The role encompasses all aspects of site management whilst also being given the opportunity to have an influence in future decision making in the company.

The ideal candidate will have a residential housing building background and have experience in site managing.
