Website Executive (part-time or full-time)

How often can you say an SEO / PPC supports saving lives?

By driving traffic and converting clicks with content for critical care customers, you’ll be doing exactly that as this medium-sized manufacturing company’s first Website Executive.

You’ll join a friendly marketing team that has managed its own digital activities. They aren’t web experts and are excited to have the opportunity to bring you on board and round out their skills.

You’ll work on their SEO, PPC, and paid socials from the ground up, while managing their website through a WordPress CMS.

You’ll advise them on what tools are needed, which could be Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Analytics, or others you have good knowledge of.

The priority is to realistically achieve objectives, and they are flexible in how this might be done, such as considering part-time candidates, work-from-home options and different levels of experience.

What you get

Their total maximum pay is £26,000 per annum.

They are open to part-time hours (e.g. 3 or 4 days a week or reduced hours) which would allow a higher hourly pay, as appropriate.

For example, if you work 80% hours at £24,000, this has a full-time equivalent of £30,000 per annum.

You’ll also receive:

  • Annual company bonus after 1 year of service (worth around £4.3k)
  • Somewhere you can make a difference and be recognised for it
  • Good benefits typical of a successful SME

The team is in the office in Derby 2-3 days a week, though this is negotiable. You would need to be available to be on-site while you get to know the business.

About you

  • Good technical knowledge of SEO / PPC / Web administration
  • you could be looking for part-time where you can apply your more in-depth knowledge
  • you might be early in your career, looking for your 2nd professional role, currently working as an agency executive, in-house in E-commerce, or similar
  • your values are important, especially around accountability, honesty and continuous improvement.

They are open-minded about how your experiences might come together, so get in touch if this is for you.

Before you decide

I’ll get back to every application individually within three days.

Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date, use what you have, and we can deal with the rest later.

If you have any questions or need any help before you apply, let me know – (phone number removed), greg.wyatt at bwrecruitment dot co dot uk or connect with me on LinkedIn.

I’m working on this exclusively, so there’ll be no funny business – I’ll help you reach an informed decision before we go any further.

They’ll run a 2-stage interview process. The first by Teams, the second on-site. We can move quickly or wait for the right person.
