A leading sustainable fashion brand is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Retail Sales Advisor for their Elizabeth Street store in Belgravia, London. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service, managing stock availability, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The position requires working 40 hours per week, including 1-2 weekend days per month. The salary ranges from £24k to £27k, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
• Manage stock availability, ordering, and returns processes.
• Stay informed about new products, styles, and fabrics.
• Offer product and styling advice.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
• Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/sales role in a premium retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Genuine interest in sustainable fashion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
