We are seeking t wo experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our client as Learner Engagement Officer s . The successful candidates will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with referral partners such as Job Centres, Community Centres, and potentially other training providers to recruit people into a range of their funded provisions. Our client is an award-winning organisation, supporting individuals with further education courses that can support them with their career journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture and develop relationships with new and existing key stake holders and referral partners.
- Support the development and delivery of learner engagement strategies, to meet the organisations monthly targets and KPIs
- Engage with and f ind unemployed learners from referral partners for the ir AEB courses.
- Respond to enquiries from potential referral partners/stakeholders, providing advice and guidance on the courses and other services the organisation provides.
- Create and maintain productive relationships with learners and stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.
- Develop innovative approaches to engage with organisations, to ensure that there are constantly learners on programme.
- Organise and co-ordinate a variety of events and activities, to engage and motivate learners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learner engagement initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
- Create and maintain learner records, ensuring that information is kept up to date.
- Support the delivery of adult education programmes, providing guidance and support to learners.
- Maintain a current knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- We highly value candidates who possess an IAG qualification or demonstrate a willingness to work towards obtaining one.
- Familiarity with Employability sector, particularly Bootcamps and AEB programs.
- Experience in learner engagement and outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral partners like job centres
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Understanding of adult education and related services
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
