Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £18 per hour (depending on experience), with potential earnings exceeding £40k per annum including bonuses

Working Hours: 6am - 2pm, Mon - Fri

Are you an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter looking to join a dynamic team? Our client seeks a skilled professional to work with state-of-the-art machinery and produce high-quality components. Offering an hourly rate from £16 to £18 based on experience, plenty of overtime opportunities and attractive bonus structure with loyalty rewards, production incentives, and profit sharing.

Key Duties:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc control systems
  • Ensure precision and efficiency in machining components to meet high-quality standards
  • Maintain exact measurements in a precision engineering environment
  • Adhere to health and safety standards while keeping the workspace clean and safe

Qualifications:

  • Formal training or significant experience as a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter
  • Proficiency in G-code programming with Fanuc or Haas control systems
  • Experience with exotic materials such as Inconel is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
