Project Manager - Defence Digital

As a Project Manager, you'll have a role that is out of the ordinary, being responsible for the delivery of high-value projects within our clients Defence Digital Team. Day-to-day, you will develop and maintain positive engagement with project customers, partners, and suppliers. You will also:
- Delivery of the project outputs, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales)
- Ensuring project members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency management requirements; and have appropriate personal objectives recorded in the performance management system
- Resolving conflicts within the project and collaborating across the wider organisation
- Maintenance of forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects the up-to-date expectations for the work
- Application of governance requirements (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews as appropriate) for foundation sales and delivery work
- This role is full-time, 37-hours per week, and based at the Portsmouth site with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Essential Experience for the Project Manager:
- Previous experience operating as a Project Manager
- Previous experience of delivering projects into the MOD would be desirable
- Experience of managing a complex project or programme is desirable
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- Previous experience in Project Management
- APM qualified, or another comparable PM qualification
- The successful candidate must be willing to undergo DV Clearance.
