Junior Account Manager – £24k – OTE Yr1 - £36k/Yr2 £50k/Yr3 £64k - Twyford

You will start with a short-term training period where you will be taken through the operating systems and sales processes. Within a short period of time, you will be developing your own customer base and building relationships to nurture your long-term earning potential.

In your first months you will be mentored by experienced sales managers/coaches who will train you on all aspects of the account management role.

Key components of the role include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from existing or new clients.
  • Calling out to new or existing clients to generate opportunities and grow your customer base.
  • Face to face meetings and entertainment with clients.
  • Working towards specific sales targets including revenue, margin and outbound calls.
  • Handling the sales process from start to finish, negotiating with customers and suppliers.
  • Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Highly competent in people skills.
  • Previous sales experience desired but not essential.
  • Competent organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
