Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum
 
We are working with a large scale IT organisation based in Birmingham, who require a Technical Support Engineer who is comfortable working shift patterns. You will provide support around troubleshooting, incident management, and service requests and will be working alongside other technical teams to ensure that all managed environments are functioning correctly.
 
 Skills and experience required
  • Experience of working in a multi-channel support environment (remote, Desktop, Face to Face and Field)
  • EUC Device management
  • ITSM tool experience – ServiceNow or Jira
  • Strong Cloud experience across Azure/AWS
  • Comfortable working shift patterns - previous experience would be desirable.
  • Experience working with monitoring and logging tools (SolarWinds, Logic Monitor etc)
  • IT Certifications – (AWS Certified, Azure Certified, or any Microsoft Certifications)
