We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HRBP Manager to join our dynamic team and drive people strategy across the United Kingdom, Nordics, and Germany. As our HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our people strategy with our business objectives, building deep and trusting relationships with our senior stakeholders, and becoming a trusted advisor to them.

💼 What You'll Do:

  • Advise and guide our managers and leaders, ensuring they have the right conversations with their employees and take ownership for delivering on business expectations.
  • Understand the talent profile of our organisation and implement effective workforce management strategies to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as an advocate for our HR operating model and expertly navigate HR processes and procedures.
  • Create a positive and engaging employee experience, safeguarding our values and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our legal department on personnel matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Play a key role in shaping our HR policies, participating in business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for our business units and provide executive coaching as required.
  • Continuously analyse trends and metrics to develop innovative solutions and programmes in partnership with our HR team.
  • Drive cost efficiency initiatives in HR-related areas, effectively managing budgets.

👩‍💼 Your Skills and Background:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practises, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
  • Proven time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Self-discipline and autonomy in managing assigned projects.
  • Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to interact effectively with diverse counterparts.
  • Creative thinking and excellent workload organisation.
  • Customer-centric mindset and retail orientation.
  • Adaptive and resilient in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and abroad when necessary, including some weekends.
