An amazing opportunity for an experience Accounts Assistant to join a friendly team. You will not be bored in this role as you will cover most aspects of finance / accounts, with some administration thrown in.

Initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The main duties of the Accounts Assistant will be to:

• Preparing and processing monthly payroll
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Reconciling bank statements
• Raising financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Forecasting and managing cashflow and budgets
• Dealing with customers’ queries
• Administration duties

Ideal candidate for the role of Account Assistant:

• Proven work experience as an Account Assistant or similar role
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Working knowledge of Sage Software would be an advantage
