Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location; Halton Start Date: September 2024

Role and Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with special educational needs. We are currently recruiting for an SEN school in Halton. Your responsibilities will include:

· Working closely with classroom teachers to support individual and small group learning activities.

· Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised education plans

· Providing one-on-one support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and celebrate achievements.

· Supporting pupils in developing social skills and promoting positive behaviour.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual who:

· Has experience working with children with special educational needs.

· Is patient, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

· Is adaptable and able to respond to the varying needs of pupils and able to cover across the school as needs dictate.

· Holds relevant qualifications or has a strong desire to gain experience in the field of SEN education.
