We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will provide a key client management service for major energy projects in South Wales primarily with local authority clients.

You’ll ensure our existing key customers are happy with their service and that all aspects of the contracts run smoothly, promptly resolving any issues as they arise.

Engaging with clients at all stages of project development, you’ll act as an initial point of contact for all queries in allocated regions, working closely with our engineering and operations team for seamless contract delivery.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop new project commercials and seek further opportunities with clients
- Attend regular project progress meetings with clients
- Provide regular updates and support to the Head of Customer Experience 
- Manage and measure client satisfaction
- Support the Delivery and Finance teams

About You

To be considered as a Key Account Manager, you will need:

- Customer or account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate complex proposals simply
