We are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to provide a mobile level of H&S support across our client's UK portfolio. The client are well known organisation within renewable energy, with an established UK portfolio of sites and rich client base, supported by an extensive logistics network.

Their sites range from warehouses to technical maintenance centres and corporate offices, all representing their own unique H&S challenges.

As the business continues to grow and develop we have identified a need for a HSEQ Officer to support across a range of areas which are often self contained projects, which can include building refurb works such as Solar Panel installs, but also internal review of tools and processes like internal incident reporting and other H&S related management systems.

This HSEQ officer will work across these different parts of the organisation, affecting different sites and working with all manner of internal stakeholders from maintenance engineers, warehouse staff to senior management 

This is a fantastic role for a developing H&S professional to develop in a challenging site with a range of activities, representing different H&S problems.

Actions will include:

• Maintain the HSEQ management system
• Craft affective relationships with a range of on site stakeholders
• Complete accident investigations and risk assessments across site, from the warehouse, to equipment maintenance centre
• Champion H&S culture and link up with regional HSEQ staff to ensure consistency in approach
• Deliver training sessions
