£40,000 - £60,000/annum £40,000 to £60,000 + Car

Your new company
You will be working for a well established Mechanical and Plumbing business that work a range of different project types which include; commercial, residential and leisure. The company is a family run business and has a great community feel with high retention rates within the team.
Your new role
You will be working as a Mechanical Estimator within the Building Services Industry and will have a variety of experience including;
Involved in the creation of tenders, estimations and tenders
Be involved in speaking to clients and presenting for tender
Negotiation with merchants and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
You will either need to be an experienced Mechanical Estimator or a closely related role within building services, e.g. Mechanical Design Engineer.
You will preferably have a good knowledge of estimations and quotations for tender.
What you'll get in return
You will have a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 + Car depending on experience, pension, on-site parking and bonus scheme.
