Job Description
- Create and maintain Engineering Guides, Procedures and Standards in the area of subject matter expertise, to ensure learning is captured in the development of safe, reliable, cost effective, legal and competitive solutions.
- Produce, check and approve work instructions and carry out functional and installation checks on prototype and initial production components/assemblies to ensure correct assembly and installation of components and systems.
- support prototype and pre-production builds to assist in development of assembly processes and to resolve issues prior to start of volume production.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of a high-level CAD package (Catia / NX).
- Experience in the application of the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) process.
- Expert in the application/selection of relevant engineering analytical techniques, manufacturing processes, materials specifications & standard parts and is able to guide others.
