Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in FMCG or similar looking for the opportunity to join an innovative chemical manufacturing company committed to providing work/life balance offering 35 days holiday in a Mon-Fri role?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company that work with international clients as well as Blue Chip UK-based clients such as Halfords, Unilever and ECP. This would be taking over the position of somebody who has worked with the company for over 8 years and has retired, displaying the company's commitment to staff retention.

In this varied role you'll largely work on your own initiative, planning your own days and communicating with other on-site engineers to deal with PPMS including working around facilities on-site, you will also be working on breakdowns and wear and tear of on-site equipment, including manufacturing machinery, production line equipment and conveyers.

This role is suited to an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in FMCG who has 18th Edition, looking for a role with training opportunities in a Monday-Friday position with 35 days holiday.

The Role:

• Pre-plan maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Be your own boss and collaborate with other on-site engineers to prioritize and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Help to improve overall production by improving line efficiencies and production changeovers.
• Monday-Friday role (with half day on Friday).

The Person:

• Qualified in 18th Edition and HNC/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Looking to be your own boss.
• Background in FMCG.
• Commutable to Deeside.
