Are you a confident and organised individual with experience in fleet and facility administration? Our client, an organisation that values excellence and efficiency, is seeking a Fleet and Facilities Administrator to join their team. As a key player in the fleet and facilities department, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operations and support the achievement of objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting ongoing fleet management activities, from procurement to disposal
  • Being the initial point of contact for the Facilities Team and providing support to ensure effective facilities services
  • Demonstrating a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety
  • Maximise the use of available systems to manage vehicles and explore opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Managing external contractors across various areas, including cleaning, maintenance, plant maintenance, and pest control
  • Assisting with office maintenance, moves, and other ad hoc projects requiring facilities support
  • Ensuring that procedures are adhered to in relation to all purchase requisitions and invoices within the Facilities function

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet and facility administration.
  • Strong ability to effectively manage third-party relationships.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with purchasing, invoicing, and procurement processes.
  • Experience working in a facilities environment with knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to change.
