Commercial Agreement Support required for a major offshore wind developer based in England
Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and seek approval for entering into and close a wide variety of commercial agreements with public and private stakeholders, including leases, licenses, crossing, proximity and cooperation agreements.
- Act as interface between the project, external service providers (agents, law firms) and third parties.
- Support the land transaction and consenting teams as necessary.
Requirements
- Robust understanding of a wide variety of commercial and legal arrangements.
- Ability to build effective relationships.
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels written and verbally.
- A strong results focus supported by relevant commercial skills and knowledge.
