Job Title: Contract Manager (Building Services)

Location: Bristol, South West, UK

Salary: £50,000 base + £5,000 car allowance

Role Overview:

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various building services contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your technical expertise in electrical or HVAC systems will be crucial in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple contracts within the building services sector, focusing on electrical and HVAC systems.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and implementing effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an engineer within the electrical or HVAC sectors.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Full UK driving license.
