SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT - EALING - SEPTEMBER 2024 START!

TimePlan Education are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant. Your role will be to support children with learning difficulties who needs additional support in the classroom. You will be working on a full-time basis with the opportunity of potentially obtaining a long-term role.

The school is a lovely SEN school in Ealing which is known for its dynamic team and supportive SLT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop in their role very quickly and they will receive continues training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comfortable supporting pupils with various Learning Difficulties.
  • Ability to engage and support pupils with learning disabilities
  • Assist with personal care if needed.
  • Supervising pupils' behaviour.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND is desirable but is not essential.
  • Calm and empathetic.
  • Good behaviour management.
  • Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
  • Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 2-6 months.
