The Role:

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in East London. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career in quantity surveying and gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contracts.
· Measure and value work done on-site.
· Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
· Provide support in contract administration and management.
· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
· Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project reports.

Requirements:

· A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
