Regional Manager

Head of Property Management - South Coast Region - Leading Property Business - East Sussex

Our leading South Coast Property business are seeking to recruit a new regional manager to oversee a small team on the South Coast. Working with internal stakeholders and local regional directors, you will play a key role in managing operations on the south coast including people management, driving process efficiency's and best practice in addition to supporting the company's continued growth.

Duties include:

  • Working with local Property Managers to help coach and promote company processes and best practice
  • Work with the local team to understand the client needs and making sure they are met by the team and operations in general
  • Ensure the team are managing client portfolio inline with regulation and best practice
  • Oversee any process or legislation changes within the local teams
  • Oversee and drive local company KPI's, revenue, expenditure and customer service targets
  • Day to day management of the local team in relation to recruitment, performance and well being
  • Manage local office premises requirements
  • Collaborate with internal operations team leads to ensure client delivery
  • Support the business development locally to help grow the business and assocated customer offerings
  • Act as a point of escalation where needed for any local service delivery matters

Experience needed:

  • Driven and motivated by customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Proven people person and passionate about developing others
  • Previous experience within the property sector or similar
  • Commercially aware and exposure of business operations management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Driver / local to the area / ability to commute (East Sussex area)
