Admin and logistics coordinator

Location - Elland

Pay rate £12.00 Paye - £13.44 Adv

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 17:00pm

The ability to think outside the box and forward thinking and prioritisation is a must.
It is also advantageous to have a geographical understanding of the local area.
The role involves working within a small team, undertaking a multitude of tasks using four main software-based systems: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Sage and a bespoke business system
Work in a fast-paced environment where customer service is key, alongside a small family feel dynamic team
This is a diverse office-based role for the right pro active candidate who has the ability to think outside the box.

Description:

Administration

  • Updating delivery schedules
  • Dealing with payments via card, cash, cheque
  • Outbound and incoming call handling
  • Daily filing
  • Daily Balancing
  • Preparing orders for forth coming orders
  • Updating customer details
  • Other administrative duties may be required from time to time

Customer services

  • Speaking to existing and potential customers in a professional telephone manner
  • Dealing with customers who collect direct from the office, may require you to move the smaller gas cannisters to reception
  • Handling queries from all customers

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to think ahead
  • Geographical understanding of the North west of England is advantageous
