Pertemps are supporting a prestigious organisation who are hiring for an Executive Assistant. This role will be supporting executive director level and will be a crucial part of the wider business support team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience assisting director level and have the ability to provide professional and efficient support. You must be able take ownership of the role and adapt within the wider team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide dynamic and proactive project management co-ordination and support across multiple programmes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide professional administrative support in the initiation, composition, typing and editing of correspondence and reports. As well as managing confidential data.
  • Manage daily diary of appointments/meetings and prioritising and managing conflict to ensure diary time is being utilised efficiently.
  • Organise all international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, transport, accommodation and visas when required.
  • Arrange internal/external events and meetings/conferences including all aspects of event selection and all other logistics to deliver outstanding meeting/event experiences.
  • Maintain, update and suggest/ make improvements to databases, systems and administrative procedures.
  • Manage queries and requests for information, both internal and external, in a confidential and discrete manner, and execute timely responses to actionable requests.
  • Preparing correspondence and presentation materials including drafting letters, reports and emails. Preparation of agenda items, taking minutes and following up on action items when required to support the Executive Director in all communication.
  • Provide support across the wider team.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Ability to manage complex diary management.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Able to work off own initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to work as a team and individually.
