Your new role
Hays is working with a private sector organisation in central Bristol who are looking for a Payroll Assistant. The organisation are offering the role either on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is 100% office based. Pay for the role is dependent on level of experience. Responsibilities and duties:
- End-to-end payroll
- Provide support to Payroll Manager
- Maintain employee records and make changes to pensions, benefits, holidays etc
- Manage the payroll inbox
- Provide general administrative support as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge and experience of payroll
- Good working knowledge of Excel and formulas
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with sensitive information
