Painting & Decorating Operative

Our client based in Ascot are looking to recruit a Painting and Decorating operative. You will be responsible for supporting the team, in the delivery of all of the Painting and Decorating elements across the site.
Duties:
- Support raising orders for budget lines
- Issuing, monitoring, and assisting where needed, and closing all the reactive jobs on a regular basis
- To ensure and maintain the estate in accordance with the guidelines
- To undertake regular inspections of the estate, making sure any faults are repaired within the deadlines.
Experience:
- Significant experience as a Painter and Decorator for an organisation
- Possess relevant qualifications and competencies relating to a Painting and Decorating background
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Electricity at Work regulations and COSHH requirements an advantage
- Computer literate with a good standard of ICT knowledge including Microsoft Office
