Chef de partie required for the Banqueting and Events department of a central London 5 star hotel. This hotel has a busy banqueting department. This 5* hotel offers great training and career opportunity in a range of the kitchens. Events Chef de partie £35000 + service (approx. 37-38k package)

The role
As a chef de partie you will manage one of the banqueting sections, this will also include working on prep days and running one of the areas during the events. They do a range of small and large events. Every week is different and there such a range of events this Hotel does. This role includes all the normal chef de partie duties. 

Experience
The client is looking for a chef de partie from a Banqueting or events background. You will be able to manage a section and be organised.
