As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be a key driver in propelling our operational excellence. You will work closely with the production management team to deliver our continuous improvement agenda, lead root cause analysis, and champion change management initiatives. Your goal is to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements that enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:
  • Support Production Management: Partner with the production management team to execute the continuous improvement strategy.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth analyses and resolve operational issues.
  • Change Management: Engage with operators and other stakeholders to drive and manage the implementation of changes.
Customer Service:
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • On-Time Performance: Strive to meet and exceed customer demands with a focus on achieving on-time, in-full performance across all operations departments.
  • Collaborative Projects: Involve and coordinate with relevant departments to support various projects effectively.
Operational Management:
  • Support and Monitor: Assist the management team in monitoring product volume, yield, and quality, and drive necessary improvements.
  • Self-Development: Undertake training to enhance your skills and knowledge continuously.
  • Operational Meetings: Actively participate in operations and planning meetings to align on key objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate issues to shift managers and other stakeholders and use the Epicor system proficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Report potential product issues to the technical department and maintain project proposals requiring financial support.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Initiatives and Strategies: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with our strategic goals.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze processes across various departments to identify inefficiencies or areas of waste.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and facilitate continuous improvement project teams and conduct training and workshops for colleagues.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust as necessary, while maintaining comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize tools like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to drive improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
