• Customer Interaction: Answer customer enquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
• Sales and Orders: Assist customers with product information, take orders, and process payments.
• Email Correspondence: Respond to email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Complaint Handling: Process complaints and exchanges/returns professionally.
• Account Management: Open new accounts, chase outstanding payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure every customer's experience is positive and memorable.

• Monday to Friday: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• £12.82 per hour
