About the Client:


Our client has recently received Ofsted registration for a beautiful children's residential care home set in a stunning location. They are seeking dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers to join their team. This home offers a warm and supportive environment for three children and is part of a rapidly growing company with excellent opportunities for career advancement.


The Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the daily lives of the children in the home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in children's care who is eager to grow and develop professionally. Our client is committed to investing in the right person and will fund Level 3 and potentially Level 5 qualifications for the ideal candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Assist in creating and implementing personalised care plans.
  • Support the children's emotional, social, and educational development.
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory and Ofsted standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills and qualifications.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a residential setting.
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to pursue Level 3 qualifications, funded by the employer.
  • Car Driver or transport to a rural setting
