Are you a site installer with a structural fabrication and mechanical background looking for a new contract ?

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our client who are a large fabrication facility in the area with site work involved at various locations around the UK

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing various structures and fixtures using a wide range of raw materials

Duties:

• Install structural steel components on-site according to blueprints and project specifications.
• Operate and maintain installation equipment and tools.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely and adhere to company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements
• Perform tasks such as mechanical installation and structural fabrications.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards

Skills:

• Proficient in using power tools for Structural steel work
• Ability to build and install structures based on blueprints
• Knowledge of steel work , installing steel and structural fabrication.
• Skilled in working with various materials such as stainless steel , aluminium and mild steel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in installations.
• Welding and fabrication
• Mechanical skills and background
