Purpose of Role:
To manage and deliver hard services facilities management projects (mechanical and electrical) into commercial buildings
Essential Requirements:
- Hard FM Project delivery and project management experience - ESSENTIAL
- Mechanical and Electrical project management experience - ESSENTIAL
- PRINCE 2 qualification - ESSENTIAL
- Project Management Qualification is preferred

Working for one of the worlds leading facilities management companies, this fantastic Hard FM project manager role would be perfect for an experienced Project manager with very good experience in delivering projects within the Hard FM industry with PRINCE 2 qualification and very good Hard Services FM Project management experience
Ideal role for suitable candidates living in Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Winchester, Chichester, Cosham, Gosport, Romsey, Totton, Fareham and the surrounding areas to Southampton.
