Are you a Senior Construction Manager wanting to work on a £12 Million pound job in Guilford?
I have an exclusive job for a Senior Construction Manager who has great experience in in CAT A & CAT B fit-out. You will be responsible for managing the fit-out process, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest of standards. This role requires a strong understanding on commercial fit out and excellent leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of the CAT A & CAT B fit out.
- 5 Years as a Senior Construction Manager.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.
- Coordinate and mange teams on site.
- Reviewing the progress to access how closely its proceeding to the projected timeline.
- Quality Control
- Subcontractor Management
Qualifications
- SMSTS, CSCS Black, First aid.
- Must have experience of £10m to £15m fit out.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
