Recruitment Administrator required for Local Authority Council. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Specialists. It will require the ability to be flexible in day-to-day activities to meet the needs of the service delivery to the organisation.

THE ROLE:

  • Be the 'go to' person for all first line queries in relation to recruitment from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Responsible for keeping track and resolving tickets raised within HALO.
  • Resolve all first line queries within agreed timescales and display customer excellence to build excellent customer engagement.
  • Be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Specialists with interview scheduling and sending out of interview invites and monitoring acceptances.
  • Responsible for sending out 'Conditional Offer Letters' and managing the acceptance process.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to our hiring community, internal colleagues, and candidates.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to use own initiative and work to conflicting priorities in a busy, fast paced environment whilst still maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT Literate with a keen interest in using and keeping up to date with advanced technology platforms including reporting and analytical tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce and review large amounts of data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop strong relationships with a broad range of senior business stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a desire to develop and deliver a first-class service to the organisation.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to conflicting priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining high standards of accuracy/attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of permanent and temporary recruitment models. (Desired)
