Product Quality Assurance Analyst

Working for our friendly client in their Esher office, this role is focused on performing supplier auditing activities in support of the Product Quality Assurance Leader. Hybrid working available along with other fantastic benefits:

• £30,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Job Description:

• Ensure that supplier notifications are solved appropriately and on time
• Prepare the necessary documentation to manage potential derogation/concession requests
• Work alongside the Quality Control team to close Suppliers Quality Notifications effectively
• Perform the correct management of segregation areas for non-compliant products
• Support the Product Quality Assurance Leader in the audits performed at the Suppliers’ premises
• Perform the incoming inspection according to the control plan proposed by SAP
• Check and update on SAP the batch classification of the inspected material
• Use the measuring tools accurately

Person Specification:

• BA degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is desirable
• Must demonstrate proven related experience
• Able to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of the AS9100 standard
• Knowledge of SAP QM
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Able to use manual tools for dimensional inspection
