Duties of a customer service administrator include:
Data entry
Overseeing a shared email
Taking inbound calls
Handling enquiries
Inputting orders into system
Quoting for orders
Attention to detail
Customer service administrator position is working 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break paying £12-£13 per hour dependant on experience
